Unexpected kindness at checkout
The staff's warm welcome was unforgettable, always greeting us with smiles. Our room was spacious and tidy, making it a pleasure to return after long days of touring.
However, we encountered issues with our shower leaking, and the overall decor felt a bit dated. This detracted from our otherwise lovely stay.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We explored Angkor Wat and the local markets, enjoying the incredible spa. The staff are super friendly, breakfast is delicious, and the pool is perfect for chilling out. Great place to unwind after adventurous days!
The only downside was the shower. it leaked a bit, which was a hassle.

great facilities but room for improvement
The large swimming pool offered ample shaded sunbeds for relaxation. The gym was well-appointed, making it easy to maintain my fitness routine. Breakfast provided plenty of options, from local delights to Western favorites, which catered well to my family’s varied tastes. The city view from our Landmark King Room was captivating, especially during sunrise.

The hotel's decorations are exquisite, with a touch of traditional Khmer architecture that makes you feel embraced in history. The lovely pool area is not just beautiful. it has proper steps, making it accessible for everyone, especially seniors.
More grab bars in the bathrooms would be helpful.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff delivered exceptional service, especially Kate at reception. She arranged my late check-out and airport transfers efficiently. The room felt spacious and comfortable. I appreciated having a business center to complete my work tasks. The breakfast selection had variety, catering well to both Western and Asian tastes. However, the Wi-Fi connection was occasionally slow, which was inconvenient at times. Parking seemed limited too, but it didn't affect my stay much.
